What is Trio?
Trio is an inbound materials management system that securely manages the flow of information in a central location through an on-line Web portal. Trio is designed to streamline communication, provide real-time visibility, and allow you to quickly and accurately respond to purchase orders from your customers.
What are the system requirements?
Click on the links below to download the software for free:
• Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
• Adobe Flash Player (Help Files)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
How do I access Trio on the Web?
Enter the Trio system by direct link above under Supplier Login or at http://trio.concentrek.com/
If I need help logging in to Trio or troubleshooting, where do I go?
• Help Application: Accessed by clicking on the "?" on the main navigation bar, once you are logged into Trio.
• Trio tutorial: Accessed by selecting "Launch Tutorial" from the Support Menu tab, once you are logged into Trio.
• Contact your Concentrek Supplier Representative who will be assigned when you register.
I keep getting the login screen every time I enter my user name and password. What is the problem?
This could be happening because your popup blocker is turned on. Remember to disable your popup blocker before logging into Trio.
